Some analysts have been quick to point to outflows from gold ETF’s as evidence that the gold bull market is over.     It is much easier just to have the physical with you and that is why people are dumping ETF’s.  As an example, in order to redeem shares of GLD for physical gold, one must own 100,000 shares or 10,000 ounces.    As the gold market more widely wakes up to ‘paper gold’, it will negatively affect participation in gold securities and derivatives.

JP Morgan Calls It Quits

Officials, of JP Morgan, stated they are exiting the physical commodities market. Perhaps, they concluded that it was not worth the risks, and costs, of greasing all the regulators in multiple jurisdictions.    Or, it could be that they really do not have any physical in their vaults and it has been paper all along?    Just Imagine the excitement when officials at JP Morgan will claim all the physical gold and silver was mysteriously stolen while in route to the next custodian.

CDC Follies

News Flash:

As thousands of people, from nearly all 50 states, flood into emergency rooms with flu-like symptoms, officials at the CDC have finally had to admit, after it was revealed that many of those sick previously got the flu shot, that the flu vaccine was ineffective.    To add on to a failure, these people still insist that people get this ineffective vaccine.

It appears that only about, on yearly average, 2.7 in 100 adults get the flu.  Once vaccines are introduced into the picture, that number drops down to a whopping 1.5 out of 100.    Not exactly, the raging success story one would write home about folks.

To make it simple, when one gets a flu shot, millions of harmless dead viruses are instantly injected into the body’s bloodstream.     The body’s immune system, identifying the mass existence of foreign bodies, essentially calls up the so-called reserves to destroy this all-out invasion; however, in doing so…    It potentially leaves the door wide open for other living viruses, without being detected early by the body’s immune system, to freely multiply and increase the chance of a real illness or even disability, like autism.     One would believe that the super-geniuses at the CDC would understand this simple concept.   Sadly, common sense appears to be lacking at the CDC.

Cyprus may be a small island; however, the country needs 17.5 billion euros in bailout funding to recapitalize its troubled banks.    While 17.5 billion euros is not a lot, compared to the needs of Greece or Spain, finding the liquidity will prove difficult.     Allegations of Russian money laundering by the banks is making things more difficult.

The waste of skin Representative Rosa DeLauro has introduced a bill, HR 226, to amend the 1986 Internal Revenue code.     This amendment would allow a credit if taxpayers “surrender” there guns to the government.    The Act is said to be cited as the “Support Assault Firearms Elimination and Reduction for our Streets Act.”    It should be called the “Surrender Your Guns then Eat Shit and Die Act.”    At least some Democratic Senators are balking at the idea for new gun control legislation…    For now.
