Japanese Economy Sinking
http://www.cnbc.com

The Japanese economy shrank in the third quarter.   Japan’s Central Bank has responded with more powerful monetary easing; such as, expanding its asset purchase program by $138.5 billion in October.   Japan’s only hope, at the moment, is for overseas economies to pick up before Japan’s own economy picks up.   In short, Japan is screwed.

Spain Declares 2-Year Moratorium on Evictions
http://finance.townhall.com

The economy is getting so bad that people, served with evictions, were committing suicide.   In response, the Spanish government has placed a 2-year moratorium on evictions.   Needless to say, people will no longer have no incentive to pay their mortgages for the next two years and this will be a nightmare on landowners.   So what will be their plan a year from now when broke landlords begin committing suicide?   Why not just declare a moratorium on suicides?

US Dollar Reserve Currency
http://www.wealthwire.com

It is no secret that China is replacing the U.S. dollar with its own currency in more and more of its bilateral trading.    In fact, Chinese currency may soon have equal status with the U.S. dollar because of competitive devaluation.    As more and more nations start using other currencies, the dollar may go into the waste-bin of history; therefore, it is best not to be in dollar denominated assets and into something that is more long term.   With that in mind, after preparing, keep stacking physical.

Obama’s Fiscal Cliff Plan
http://www.cnbc.com

Emboldened by his decisive re-election, Obama is looking to renew budget talks and end grid lock.    He wants to avert the “Fiscal Cliff” that he signed into law.    He wants to overhaul the tax code.    In short, he wants to wiggle out of responsibility for the “Fiscal Cliff” and raise taxes on the wealthy without cutting spending.   Here is an example of how dire the “Fiscal Cliff” is.   The wealthy are dumping their assets, and selling their businessess, before the start of next year.

The Die Is Cast
http://kingworldnews.com

To no surprise, Robert Fitzwilson, joins many others believing that last week’s election ensured that we are now charging headlong for financial Armageddon.    There is no turning back.   The voters have in effect demanded hyperinflation and destruction of economies and currencies. In short, the voters have repeated Julies Caesar’s own march across the Rubicon into a foreboding future and they don’t realize it yet.

Red Cross Flawless With Sandy
http://usnews.nbcnews.com

Officials at the Red Cross are claiming that their response to superstorm Sandy was flawless.   Stop laughing folks, they’re serious!    Despite their slow response, with a week’s advance warning, in helping those affected by the storm, they have successfully raised more than $85 million.   To scam err… raise that kind of money so quickly is very impressive.  If they keep this up, they will be bigger than Apple!

Apple Scrambles
http://www.zerohedge.com

Make no mistake…    With Apple coming out with new versions of Iphones and Ipads every few months, the idea that people are willing to drop their current devices and buy the latest and greatest is beginning to have a negative feedback.    There is a difference between wanting something and needing something.    Officials at Apple simply have not conveyed the “need” part with their releases; thus, expect Apple to begin a nose dive.

French President Hollande seems to think that the euro zone is “on track” to solving its crisis during yet another summit.   Greece on fire, Spain and Italy in fiscal turmoil and Germany being asked to bail out everyone.   Yes, the EU is back on track; however, the track leads right over the fiscal cliff.

The Political Black Swan
http://www.zerohedge.com

Just imagine a Bush vs. Gore tie fiasco coming at the same time as a major fiscal cliff.   Things are gearing up for such a scenario in this election where the political wheels will be frozen solid as people fight for the position of head puppet.   On top of that, add the tax increases and the mandatory government spending cuts and one can easily imagine absolute chaos.

American Savings
http://philadelphia.cbslocal.com

A recent survey finds that 40% of Americans have less than $500 in savings.   Not all respondents were poor. In fact, some had big houses, big mortgages or 401(k)s; however, they did not have five Benjamin’s to rub together right now.   One should have an emergency fund set aside to address unforeseen circumstances and $500 just does not cut it.   Of course, loss of jobs due to lack of demand is not unforeseen.

Problem is Demand

First IBM, then Intel, and now Google.   The quarterly statements from these three, and others, are showing that this economy, despite the BS put forth by the mainstream media and politicians, is beginning to grind to a halt.   The only real counterbalance to this negative economic activity is the the fact that the FED is printing money out of thin air.   And that will only last so long before the whole house of cards crashes down.

HR 6566 would amend the Homeland Security Act to mandate that FEMA immediately begin conducting “mass fatality planning” in preparation for a major event or series of events that may kill off untold numbers of people. The bill would set up a FEMA dictator with the power to control how local communities, private businesses, nonprofit organizations, religious organizations, and even individuals prepare for and respond to a mass fatality event.    What do they know folks?

Israeli EMP Attack Could Throw Iran ‘Back to Stone Age’
http://www.israelnationalnews.com

Israel might attack Iran by using electromagnetic impulses (EMP) that could cripple the country by shutting down its electronics. Although the weapons are non-lethal, their affect of shutting down water pumps, cars and other necessary machinery would kill a great deal of people and throw the entire nation into a panic situation. With the country in a total meltdown, it will make it easier for US led forces to come in and get the gold.

http://www.cnbc.com  2

Italian Bankster puppet Mario Monti, talking out his backside, stated that he is not expecting Italy to access the European Central Bank’s new bond buying scheme.   The obvious reason is because the German media has hit back at the ludicrous plan that threatens Germany’s own fiscal house.   It appears that there are many who do not want the bailout… for now.   Will Italy be forced into this bond buying scheme or increase the Value added tax?   Well, there goes that bear walking into the woods again.

White House to Miss Deadline for Report On ‘Fiscal Cliff’ Budget Cuts
http://thehill.com

In an ostrich like move, the White House obviously wants to put off the horrific news of what areas the $109 billion in cuts mandated by the Budget Control Act of 2011 that will go into effect on January 1st, 2013, will come from.   Of course, if that is not bad enough, just think of the $440 billion in across the board tax hikes, that will go in effect on the same date.   And this does not include the multiple huge taxes from Obamacare.   In addition, many of the economically destructive stimulus and bailouts packages passed over the years also stops by January 1st.   Sounds like the happy new year will be a blast folks.
