Drachma Plans
http://www.telegraph.co.uk

Facing a default to the IMF or their own people, the left-wing Grecian government is drawing up plans to give the one-finger salute to the IMF. It’s simply a no-brainer as they are planning the nationalize the country’s banking system and the return of the drachma. Needless to say, this is going to cause economic shock-waves throughout the global ponzi economies.

Australian Deposit Tax?
http://www.zerohedge.com

Interest rates on bank deposits in most developed nations are practically zero if not already negative. So, when, and not if, the government of Australia, followed by governments in Europe and the U.S., start to tax bank deposits, this will push rates into, or further, into negative territory. Remember, taxes start small and increase over time.

Jobs and GDP
http://www.cnbc.com

In March, the U.S. economy created just 126,000 jobs when it was expecting 245,000. This resulted in the all-but-fraudulent unemployment rate holding steady at a bogus 5.5%. In addition, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta reported that its forecast for U.S. GDP growth dropped to 0% on April 1st and that was no April fools day joke. Since blaming the weather for the bad economy is getting old and less believable, perhaps central planners will begin blaming the Russians, or the Chinese, in order to start a war?

Stocking Up
http://www.shtfplan.com

One of the biggest stories in the alternative media for the past few years was the massive purchase of ammo by the Department of Homeland Insecurity. Now, another request, for less lethal specialty munitions; such as, flash and gas grenades and rubber bullets, has been made by that criminal cobal. What do the Feds know that we don’t?

Target: Yellowstone?
http://www.dailymail.co.uk

A retired Russian military analyst believes that Russia could completely annihilate the U.S. by detonating nuclear weapons over the Yellowstone super volcano and the San Andreas fault. The explosion of Yellowstone would unleash feet of volcanic ash over all of the U.S. and cause a worldwide disaster. This is the mutual assured destruction, or MAD strategy, on a shoe string budget.

Kerry and Nobel Peace Prize
http://www.zerohedge.com

Because of John Frankenstein Kerry’s, Neville Chamberlain like, negotiations in the Iran deal that the translated version didn’t match Obama’s claims – Gee, I ‘m shocked… Anyway, some are talking about him being a recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize. He deserves it at least as much as Jimmy Carter, Yasser Arafat, or even Barry Hussein Obama. Perhaps, because Hillary is increasingly looked upon as damaged goods, he may even be selected err… run for President.

Finally, please prepare now for the escalating economic and social unrest. Good Day!

Deepening Recession In Spain
http://www.acting-man.com

Once again economic forecasters are ‘surprised’ by the depths of Spain’s recession.    The banking system is now on artificial life support; however, events have left it zombified.   In fact, the EU is contemplating to ‘ease Spain’s budget goals’ for the fourth time in a year.   Between the economic situation and the worsening political scandals, things do not look pretty for Spain.

Vietnam’s Central Bank Declares War On Gold Holders
http://mises.ca

The citizens of Vietnam have been hoarding gold to the extent that Vietnam’s Central Bank has declared war on the population.   The Central Bank has ordered banks not to pay interest on gold and to charge money for holding the gold.   So, the people will hopefully just withdrawal the gold and tell the banks to go sit and spin.

Nationalizing 401(k)’s
http://www.wnd.com

In a desperate attempt to keep the ponzi scheme going a little longer, plans are being made to nationalize retirement accounts.   Since 2010, the departments of Treasury and Labor have been holding combined hearings on this scheme.    With the White House 256-page Budget Proposal for Fiscal Year 2013, there is a proposal of “Automatic IRAs.”    It essentially forces businesses to contribute, on behalf of their employees, to the ponzi scheme.    In short, the US Government is following in the financial footsteps of Argentina.

The Greatest Bubble In History Will Lead To A Gold Explosion
http://kingworldnews.com

Benji Bernanke was instrumental in creating a bubble in U.S. Treasuries.    His actions have served to inflate it to the point that it has now become the greatest bubble in the history of global investment.    Because of the Fed’s action to adopt an inflation target, this bubble will pop.    When it does, nobody will want to be in paper of any kind.

Bank Of America System Crashes
http://www.silverdoctors.com

If you are still a Bank of America customer, you may have noticed that their online systems went down nationwide.   Their online banking and debt cards went down leaving their customers without access to their accounts.    Of course, do not expect any official notification of this event from Bank of America.    Expect things like this to continue to escalate if you still keep money in those too-big-to-go-to-jail banks.

Where Will You Go if America Collapses?

If you feel you must leave, then perhaps one of the following…
1. Cayman Islands for the short term.
2. Switzerland.
3. Central American nations like Chile, Panama, or Costa Rica
4. Australia
My take is that if America collapses, the rest of the world will too.

Australia To Have Record Surplus
http://www.telegraph.co.uk
http://www.uncommonwisdomdaily.com

Australia will become the first major economy in the developed world to record a surplus since the start of the global financial crisis.  It has benefited from a China-fueled mining boom; thus, it now has 11 billion pound savings from the extra revenues.  So, what is the government doing?  Deep tax cuts and increasing pensions; which, will come back and bite with the slowing down in the Chinese economy.

Renting: The New American Dream?
http://www.financialsense.com

From cars to homes, Americans are getting used to the idea of renting the good life; since they cannot, or will not, buy it outright.  One possible reason is the increased mobility of our society; however, the unemployment and the number of people dependent upon government makes that unlikely.  According to Moody’s, by late 2011 it was cheaper to rent than to own in 72% of American metropolitan areas, up from 54% a decade ago.  How long before Americans are going to be renting cloths on their backs?

Bill Gates Shares His Views on Gold
http://thevictoryreport.org
http://www.youtube.com

Mr. Vacinate the children till they are dead Gates has chimed in on gold, claiming that gold prices are psychological.  He does claim that he made money on silver; however, he appears against silver and gold.  So, owning gold is psychological? How about owing paper, or digital, based assets?  The difference is like asking if a person is hungry, would they prefer food or a small framed picture of food?  It seems more of a leap of faith, or fantasy, to own paper than owning something physical.

As China Buys, Sellers Push Gold Down To 4 Month Lows
http://www.zerohedge.com
http://www.goldmoney.com

Make no mistake, if Central Banks and nations like China and India are buying gold, they certainly know something that Buffett, and others, are not saying.  With everyone running away from the euro to the perceived safe harbor of the dollar, gold and silver prices are falling for the time being.  With the paper to physical ratio so high, the hyper-inflationary crisis with the dollar will see physical gold and silver spike big time; therefore, be your own central bank and keep stacking.

Justice for Sale
http://www.breitbart.com

Criminal prosecutions are at 20-year lows for corporate securities and bank fraud.  Instead, protestors, farmers, and individuals are targeted for unfair prosecution.  If one doubt this, then why is Jon Corzine not wearing orange after claiming so much money just vaporized?  In short, justice from the Department of Injustice today is for sale and it is expensive.

Wooden Nickels
http://www.coinworld.com

Here we go again folks, there are renewed calls to switching to a steel-layered composition for all circulating U.S. coin denominations.  Copper, zinc, and nickel is too expensive now.  The debasing scheme would save the U.S. Mint up to $200 million annually.  So how long before we start seeing wooden nickels?
