Drunk and Drugged Teachers are OK?

News Flash:

Forget zero tolerance in Bay City Michigan, teachers can show up for work FIVE times drunk and THREE times on drugs before they can be fired, as per the teacher Master Agreement in 1997.     This means teachers can show up and be drunk, or stoned in front of school children at least one time.    Although the contract is being re-negotiated and is not in effect for many teachers, the fact that it was in there speaks volumes.  This is an example of Unions protecting the worst of the worst.

For ILLEGAL drugs, the first offense was a written reprimand and mandatory counseling.     Excuse me…    When are the police called in for illegal drugs in this scenario?
