Greece Downgraded Again
http://www.acting-man.com

Here we go again, after a few days of optimistic statements and fanfare that Greece could go another two years, Standard & Poor’s has downgraded Greece from CCC to SD.   By the way SD means Selective Default.    That means investors, banks, and tax payers in both Europe and the US have taken a loss. How much of a loss?    We will see.

http://cnsnews.com

According to official data published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 73.3% of new jobs, created in the last 5 months, are in government.    As of November, over 20.5 million are employed by the government.    In short, more people are being hired into government positions than the private sector.    Needless to say, this situation will not last.

U.S. Consumer Sentiment
http://www.foxbusiness.com

Well, its Christmas season and people are out shopping.    Uh wait…    Consumer sentiment plunged to 74.5 in early December – the lowest level since August.    So, are we to believe that election season saw an increase in consumer sentiment?   Or, like the BLS BS, it was manipulated.    At this point, the truth is that official economic statistics are not the truth.   The only people who do not want to disclose the truth are people with something to hide.

Gold Shorts Are Now Exposed
http://kingworldnews.com

Ben Davies believes that the fundamentals behind gold, from mining supply, extraction, and grade degradation, are setting up gold for a huge spike in price.    In fact, he goes on to describe that China’s increasing demand, alone, will force gold up from the manipulated lows we are seeing today.   So, after preparing, keep stacking physical.

Electric Car  Boondoggle
http://finance.townhall.com

According to the Congressional Budget Office, taxpayers have been rolling snake eyes when it came to funding Obama’s pet project: the electric car.    The 7.5 billion dollars to 2019 has done little to increase mass appeal of electric cars.    Let’s face it, 30,000 dollars is asking a lot for a compact car.    The only way to increase the appeal of the electric car is the introduction of the dreaded carbon tax.    You know, punish the slave for not listening to masters.

Gun Sales
http://www.infowars.com

Officials at Gun-maker Smith & Wesson announced that they had a hell of a quarter.    They made a profit of 21.2 million dollars, which is a 48% increase from the previous quarter. In fact, the 21.2 million dollar profit is far different than the 1.6 million dollar loss in the same quarter last year.     Gee, now what could have caused this dramatic turnaround in one year?

Finally, please prepare now for the escalating economic and social unrest.    Good Day!

North Korea has exported more than 2 tons to gold hungry China.    Paraguay became the latest central bank to begin diversifying into gold.     Nations bought 254.2 tons in the first half of 2012 and may add close to 500 tons for the year as a whole.

Germany to Act Against High-Speed Trades
http://www.cnbc.com

Germany intends to be one of the first countries to try to put the brakes on high-frequency trading.    This practice has been, wrongfully, blamed for the rattling of financial markets across the globe.   If an investigation of who programmed these trades into these computers is done, then the real financial terrorists will be clearly identified.

Gold Shorts To Panic As $1900 Key Level is Breached
http://kingworldnews.com

John Hathaway would not be surprised if we see gold and silver track sideways for a while; however, once gold takes out the $1900 mark, gold may no longer creep, but skyrocket up further.    Of course, the news that 39% of gold mining in South Africa is offline is definitely a bullish indicator for gold.   The nice thing is that silver will not be far behind.

JP Morgan Shorting Paper As They Acquire Physical?
http://www.silverdoctors.com

As the end game is being played out, JP Morgan could be letting the paper fly as they grab the physical.    In fact, both silver and gold are being hoarded by the bullion banks.    Although, there is nowhere enough physical to cover the paper, there is enough, in a massive global meltdown crisis, to make the initial apparent deliveries of physical before it becomes too dangerous and cost prohibitive, to the customer, for the actual physical delivery.   In short, JP Morgan may only have to put forth the illusion that they can service physical delivery in a crisis situation.

What the Economic Crisis Really Means
http://www.youtube.com

This animated YouTube video illustrates the history of the current economic crisis, from its design for the start, or the fractional reserve banking system that fuels infinite money creation as debt in a world with finite resources like oil, to the current stupidity of trying to keep the current status quo coming out from banks and governments.   There are alternatives of the current system, that has not eliminated poverty and where people work themselves to death as they deplete the world’s resources.   Work less hours, grow your own food, without going back to the stone age.   Sounds like a better plan than the one Central Bankers and politicians are putting out.

Critical Changes Impacting The Gold & Silver Markets

Egon von Gryerz believes that it is not worth listening to what Benji Bernanke says, but what he does and he will launch a form of QE3 when people do not expect it.   There will only be smaller amounts of orderly money printing on a regular basis, but the real one will come when there is a panic situation.   Right now, there is speculative inflow into gold…   Meaning, they are seeing the writing on the wall that something big is coming down soon.

Silver Gives You More
http://www.mineweb.com

Ted Butler remains convinced that silver’s multiplier effect will continue to make it one of the best investment assets as it has been overall for the past 10 years.   He believes that it will have a much larger upside than gold in the next 10 years.   When one can now buy about 50 times as much silver, which went above $32 an ounce, as gold, and silver is only coming out of the ground at 10 times the rate of gold, the case of supply and demand will rear its ugly head for those shorting the metal; therefore, after preparing, keep stacking physical.

Student Debt Mal-investment
http://azizonomics.com

In 2012, student debt hit the $1 trillion mark, yet college education is not reaping the rewards it once did.   About 1.5 million, or 53.6 percent, of bachelor’s degree-holders under the age of 25 last year were jobless or underemployed, the highest share in at least 11 years.   A crucial factor is that student debt isn’t like other debt — it cannot be discharged simply through bankruptcy.   In getting ahead, it is more important to get the right education and not simply a formal education.
