A U.S. District Judge has dismissed claims that those in the LIBOR scandal broke antitrust laws. In so ruling, the potential cost to the banks from an adverse overall resolution would be crippled. After Cyprus, it should be dawning on a lot of Europeans, and Americans, why that deposit-guarantee limits matter. If one has more than the guarantee amount that could be protected, then that money is potentially history. Of course, what makes one think that those deposit-guarantee could not be dropped in a split second? So far, there have been no signs of a mass exodus in countries such as Italy or Spain; however, people still do not know the extent of the theft in Cyprus… Yet!

Land prices in the heart of the Corn Belt have increased at a double-digit rate in six of the last seven years. Of course, when everything goes to hell, farmland is what people will want.

The enemies of the U.S. Constitution, within the DHS, are soliciting for more various kinds of ammo. These bastards want to spend 37 million tax payer dollars for nearly 90,000 rounds in various calibers to target Americans. Granted, the number of ammunition is down considerably on this order; however, why are the bullets destined for Artesia, New Mexico that is less than 200 miles from the Mexican border?

Secret Service Powers in Colorado

A bill is heading to Colorado Governor that would give members of the Secret Service broad arrest powers in the state. It could also provide a framework for federal agents to eventually enforce gun restrictions or confiscation. In effect, if a sheriff refused to enforce some of the unenforceable gun laws, the agent could arrest an individual if they believe a law has been broken. To make it easier, it appears that the Secret Service could just use the initials SS. They could even go around with SS armbands.
