Despite the inflation and trouble, the sanctions on Iran may ultimately backfire on the Obama led international gangsters.     Because Iran produces a commodity that the world needs and they are demanding gold and not US funny money, their economy, as bad as it is, is still going.    In fact, with more nations on the so-called exempted list to do trade with Iran, Iran may be the beacon to other nations to drop the US Dollar all together.

Bundesbank To Commence Repatriating Gold From New York Fed

We are actually beginning to see the trust between Central Banks come to an end with the continued repatriating of gold.     The historical reasons for storing gold with a foreign partner central bank was to ensure better trade and safety of a nations reserves.     Now, with the gold that is supposedly held by the New York Fed finally being called into question, this move by the Bundesbank may be another straw added to the camel’s back.     Guess it is a good thing the Fed ordered that 100 gallons of gold paint!

Congress Ignorant of US Constitution

News Flash:

Lawmakers in the House of Representatives took an oath to defend the US Constitution; however, many do not understand the founding document or take its precepts seriously.    Of the 3,764 bills studied, the most commonly cited authority was Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1, which establishes Congress’ power to tax and spend.

Perhaps, there should be a competency test on the U.S. Constitution for lawmakers before they can take the oath.   If the members fail, they cannot represent their state.   This way we may be able to avoid the worst of the worst.   Needless to say, the ignorance is most likely shared in the Senate as well.

4th Quarter GDP

The 4th Quarter US GDP Estimate has been reduced to .8% from 1.5%.     Holiday sales of electronics and toys plunged this past Christmas season.    In fact, Apple slashed component orders because of sales for the iphone 5 are roughly half of what the company had planned.    Toys R Us and Best Buy sales declined in November and December.    Also, global PC shipments fell 6.4% in the 4th quarter.  Of course, this may because Windows 8 is turning out to be a real loser.    Is it Recovery Summer yet?

Today, ask someone if they should have 5 to 10% of their portfolio in gold and most people would say “No, no way. That’s ridiculous.    It doesn’t pay you any interest. Holy Bat Crap!    Who would believe, that in section 2716 part C of Obamacare,  the government is prevented from collecting data on firearm ownership and more.    In fact, the language was offered by none other than Dirty Harry Reid.    At this point, Obama probably wants to go all NDAA on Harry Reid for this.   Of course, this is only in regards to healthcare only.   Now get this…   Since November 2008, 68 million firearms have been legally sold, or more than enough to outfit the entire Chinese and Indian armies.    No wonder, I feel safer.
