USDA Partners With Mexico to Boost Food Stamp Participation

The USDA has an agreement with Mexico to promote American food assistance programs, including food stamps, among Mexican Americans, Mexican nationals and migrant communities in the U.S..   The goal, for USDA, is to get rid of what they see as enrollment obstacles and increase access among potentially eligible populations by working with arms of the Mexican government.  Of course, this will include illegals as well; therefore, just think of the amount of fraud that is going to be.

You, illegally, enter the country, and you get fed without consequence.   Hell, the government, working with our semi-nationalized banks, may as well give them those foreclosed homes as well.   This way, we can make illegals feel right at home as they illegally register to vote, in the November elections, to keep this trough open until the whole thing collapses.
