Bullion Banks Forcing Hedging
http://www.mineweb.com

Hedging has come soaring back as bullion banks are insisting that miners hedge some of their output as a prerequisite for new finance.     They may be doing this to rescue the bullion banks from their short positions.    Unfortunately for these bullion banks, Chinese companies are happy to pay current prices, plus premiums, for the gold.     In short, there is going to come a time where there will likely be a massive short squeeze in gold.

Fast and Furious
http://thehill.com

Another one of Obama and Holder’s “Fast and Furious” guns have been discovered again.    This time, the AK-47-style gun was at a Mexico shootout scene.     So, more blood on Obama’s and Holder’s hands in their failed attempt to attack the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.    Needless to say, you can count on the Department of Injustice to ignore this as well.

Record on Disability
http://www.cnsnews.com

2013 closed with nearly 11 million Americans on disability.   An all-time record.     The question is, how many were on because their unemployment benefits ran out?   Without raising taxes further, the social spending, along with the terror err… war spending is going to come to an abrupt end.

Tax Hikes
http://www.washingtontimes.com

Tax breaks, that ended at the end of 2013, means 54.2 million dollars in renewed taxes on Americans started this year.    Businesses will take the biggest hit with the loss of the research tax credit.    You know, the area that allows for technical innovation.    Individuals will also feel the heat as the college tuition tax credit has been lost as well.     Speaking of colleges…

Colleges Pay?
http://www.businessweek.com

Three Democrat Senators want colleges, that have more than 25% of their students on loans, to compensate the government if their graduates cannot pay back the loans.   Needless to say, if this became law, this would affect how colleges will offer courses.    Perhaps only courses in stem fields; such a engineering and math, may will be offered for those with loans.    This possibly means less degrees awarded in Bowling Management to Puppetry.

Finally, please prepare now for the escalating economic and social unrest.     Good Day!

German Gold Price Probe
http://www.ft.com  (Paid Subscription Required)

Germany’s financial regulator is demanding documents from Deutsche Bank as part of an ongoing investigation into gold price manipulation.   Working with other investigators, like the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority, there is growing suspicion of gold price manipulation –  Especially after the LIBOR interbank lending scandal was proven true.    Needless to say, the Fed will likely stonewall any investigations.

71% Tax
http://www.zerohedge.com

Solvent governments, with healthy economies, don’t go looking to steal 71% of people’s wealth.    With that in mind, the IMF’s suggestion that the U.S. raise its’ tax rate to 71% should be viewed as sign of desperation.     Some countries are great for holding money, others are great for business and others are great for living.    How do you think the U.S. is holding up?

Comparing Two Cities

Houston has 184 gun stores while Chicago has none.     Houston has 9.6 homicides per 100,000 as opposed to 38.4 in Chicago.     Houston has 0% state income tax while Chicago has 9.3%.     The cost of a one-way U-haul rental is more than 4 times more expensive going to Houston from Chicago than the opposite direction.

Just Not Buying It
http://www.truthrevolt.org

January 1st is coming quickly and many, who have signed up for Obamawreck, have not actually purchased it.    Now, in an act of desperation, Obama thugs want insurance companies to pay for their client’s healthcare before the insurance companies have even received a single dime.    Any company that listens to the government, when asked to just fudge it a bit to make it work, is going get what they deserve in the end.

Self Defense Victory
http://www.shtfplan.com

A police officer, and by extension private security employees, are not required to get involved if they feel their life is in danger.   The ability for self defense was the basis of a court ruling against the University of North Florida when they tried to expel and arrest a woman and her son for having a gun in their car while they attended classes there.

Photo-Enforced Speeding Ticket
http://www.minds.com

As per the Constitution, the burden of proof is on the state and not the defendant.    So, a photo, alone, of the license plate of a car speeding is not enough for conviction.    The state must prove the identify of the driver, and without that information, the speeding ticket must be nullified.    At least for now…

Budget Fraud
http://www.washingtontimes.com

Tea party groups and fiscal conservatives wasted no time attacking the latest budget deal.    It would have done the following…
1. Reduce deficit spending without raising taxes, but increased fees, which is another form of taxation.
2. Eliminates the automatic 65 billion dollars in deficit reduction measures by only reducing the deficit by 32 billion dollars.
3. Delay any government shutdown until after the 2014 elections.
4. Not address the long-term costs of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.
No wonder Boehner and Pelosi support this crap!
