California Police Officer Executes Homeless Man

Eyewitness recorded cellphone footage shows a Santa Ana, California police officer shooting and killing an 22-year-old unarmed homeless man at a local shopping center.    The officer, with no apparent immediate danger, just shot him in the chest and killed him.   Wonder if she is going to get a medal for this?
