Federal Government Borrowing

According to the Congressional Budget Office, the federal government is borrowing 46 cents of every dollar that has been spent.    This borrowing totals 4.8 billion dollars per day.   Much of this increased spending has been in areas of Social Security, Medicare, and interest on the debt.   Needless to say, real default or hyperinflation are not in the distant future.

Food Stamp participation jumped over 607,000 in the month of September to a total of 47.71 million.    The USDA, conveniently, delayed this knowledge until after the election.    Add to this, the data-manipulators at the USDA missed over 150,000 participants in July but managed to account for every household.    More and more, the government is proving to be prevaricator of fraud and lies.

Some time ago, I said that the euro was destined to fail because divergent economies using the same currency cannot last. Well, the recently public debate on, not just Greece, but Spain, Portugal, and perhaps, Italy leaving the Euro-zone is starting to gain traction. After all, why the hell would  the economic engine of Germany want to seriously drag these money leaches around? With that said, the promises of fiscal relief are going to drag down  the rest of the Euro-Zone as well. So, Germany will lose even as Merkel has suffered a crushing defeat in Sunday’s elections.

This stuff is just too incredible to make up folks… A report from the Government Accountability Office on the Pentagon’s study of it’s study about studies from 2010, concluded that it was a flop. In addition, a Pentagon report concurs with the GAO report on the Pentagon’s study about studies on studies. Now, if that confuses you, consider the amount of tax dollars involved in this. Sounds like another prospect for another study.

With U.S. forces in Iraq, Afghanistan, and in the Persian Gulf, the Pentagon is predicting a war with Iran could be won in three weeks.  The problem folks, is that, as China was to Korea, Russia will be to their oil producing partner to the south. In short, that 3 week war could easily escalate to something not counted on by the bean counters at the Pentagon, but hoped for by Central Bankers.  To add to the hysteria, Israel has called up its reserves. It’s just another day in the Mideast paradise folks.
