Cry-me-a-river Boehner has offered to raise the debt ceiling; however, he wants negotiations.   The GOP ‘s plan would suspend the debt limit until November 22nd, or the Friday before Thanksgiving.   They should have suspended it til October 31st…    This way everyone would get tricked when they thought they would get a treat.

At 374,000, the number of Americans filing new claims for unemployment benefits hit a six-month high last week.     California, which is still dealing with technical problems from the upgrading of its computers, accounted for about half of the increase in claims.    Well, at least those Obamacare computers are fully functional.

To date, there exists no evidence whatsoever that anyone has successfully enrolled through Healthcare.gov.    The one person the Obama administration touted as being the first successful enrollee turned out to be a P.R. fraud.    If California spent 200 million dollars on a DMV overhaul program that failed miserably, there is a good chance, with so many different systems being strung together, that this 634 million dollar website may go down as Obama’s Flop err…  Fraud err…  Folly.

The final ruling of the Board of Industry Appeals found that a Dutch Pension Fund could invest in gold.      The court found that because of the crash of 2008 and the euro crisis, the pension fund should be able to have the flexibility to take care of their clients.    This is a defeat for that country’s Central Bank.    Now, getting their hands on the gold is another matter.

Indian Temples Fight Back

It appears some of the temples in India are now drawing a line in the sand and are not providing information on how much gold they have.   The gold stored in those temples was contributed by devotees over thousands of years and Hindu groups will not allow anyone to usurp it.   Some temples actually believed the government and stored their gold in government vaults and when they try to get it back…   They will find that their government can do miracles too….    It’s gone!

A federal judge has rejected Holder’s BS about keeping the courts from wading into the “Fast and Furious” documents.    Perhaps we will find that operation “Fast and Furious”, that resulted in hundreds of deaths of men, women, and children on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border, was less about drug cartels and more about Holder’s contempt for the 2nd amendment and the U.S. Constitution.

Gee, what a shame that we are not treated to more lies err… statistics of what a wonderful job they are doing.    If only the other alphabet agencies could go dark, then we would all see what a black hole they truly are.

Agriculture employs more than half India’s population of 1.2 billion and these farmers, we are told, are buying land and shunning gold, because the price of gold is so volatile.    This may have been believable if this occurred in the U.S.; however, this is India – where physical gold is so engrained into their heritage.    To that end, this can only be propaganda for the simple minded.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the bogus unemployment number went down to 7.3% between July and August.    The private sector workforce declined by 278,000 while government workers increased by 324,000.     Out of every group listed in the report, the news was especially bad for black American unemployment as it jumped to 13%.     In addition, the number of Americans over the age of 16, not in the labor force, went over 90 million for the first time.
