Court Bitch-slaps Obama

News Flash:

A three-judge panel ruled that Obama’s recess appointments last year, when the Senate had conveniently adjourned for a short recess, was unconstitutional.     In fact, they accused Obama of abusing his power.   Is anyone really surprised at Obama unconstitutionally abusing his power at this point?     The recess appointment was designed to only to be used if Congress has a long recess and not a week or two.   Obama, or “FLY MAN“, only used this action to get more of his thugs into positions of power without the Senate being able to stop him.

Obama had waited for a short break to appoint his socialist friends to the National Labor Relations Board; however, now the board no longer has a quorum to operate.     Another sign that people are waking up to what Obama really is.
