Budget Fraud
http://www.washingtontimes.com

Tea party groups and fiscal conservatives wasted no time attacking the latest budget deal.    It would have done the following…
1. Reduce deficit spending without raising taxes, but increased fees, which is another form of taxation.
2. Eliminates the automatic 65 billion dollars in deficit reduction measures by only reducing the deficit by 32 billion dollars.
3. Delay any government shutdown until after the 2014 elections.
4. Not address the long-term costs of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.
No wonder Boehner and Pelosi support this crap!

Cops Per Capita
http://www.zerohedge.com

The top five countries with the largest number of cops per capita are Hong Kong, Portugal, Italy, Turkey and at number one with over 500 cops per 100,000 citizens is Russia.    It should be noted that Russia has the fourth highest reported crime rate followed by Italy.     So, simply having more cops per capita may not reduce crime.

A USGS report states that if Los Angelos were to have a megaquake, an earthquake greater than 7.5, up to half of the cities buildings would be uninhabitable and the essential infrastructure would collapse almost instantaneously.    So much for those building codes.

Because apples help keep the digestion tract healthy and removes harmful toxins that can affect skin, a 28 year old man, eating only apples for three days straight, was able to clear up his acne.    In addition, the vitamin A may play a role in preventing skin cancer; therefore, keep eating those organic apples.

U.S. Can’t Prove Assad Used Chemical Weapons
http://www.washingtontimes.com

U.S. intelligence has yet to uncover evidence that Syrian President Assad directly ordered the chemical attacks.     So, John Frankenstein Kerry, where is that ‘real’ evidence that the Syrian government used chemical weapons that you claimed?    Either the U.S. intelligence is incompetent and lost that evidence or Kerry was lying like his sugar daddy, Obama.   Since Kerry is so anxious to testify before Congress, let’s get him up there to perjure himself.    One thing is sure, the CIA continues to escalate the tensions by delivering weapons to Al Qaeda err…   the rebels.

Three Signs of An Improving Economy

1. Middle class net worth has fallen 4.9% since 2009.
2. There’s no inflation if one continually buys lower-quality products every time they shop.
3. Only 43.7% of U.S. adults have full-time jobs.
Wait, these aren’t signs of an improving economy!   Unless you are looking at these signs from the White House’s rose-colored perspective…   More of that in a bit.

Military Budget cuts

In some good news, the military is grappling with massive budget cuts and Navy Secretary Ray Mabus warned that across-the-board budget cuts would make it far more difficult to give Obama military options.    You mean Obama will not be able to afford to attack Syria?   Excuse me, with all this warmongering going on, where exactly is the downside here?

Unions Are Angry At Obamacare
http://www.zerohedge.com

When the AFL-CIO, Obama’s staunchest supporter, teams up with Republicans against Obamacare, its bad.    Will we soon hear Obama rail against the law named after him?    Will we also soon hear Nancy “Moonbat” Pelosi say that the law needs to be removed now that everyone has finally seen it?    We will see!

Obama Deserves Credit
http://www.politico.com

White House Press Secretary Carney deserves the “straight face” award of the week for trying to spin Obama’s world-wide embarrassment for the Syrian diplomatic disaster into some kind of win.    With their flipped-out logic, maybe Obama could win another Nobel Peace Prize.   Perhaps, the Nobel committee could make up a new category for spineless cowards without ethical standards.

In a hearing before the Congressional Budget Committee, Obama’s budget director, Jeff Zients, admitted he did not know how much debt was added with Obama’s 2014 proposed budget.    He stated that there are a lot of numbers in the budget.   Perhaps, ole “bats in the belfry” Obama should consider hiring “The Count” from Sesame Street.

Americans Scared
http://www.shtfplan.com

Americans are not scared about a possible economic collapse, real estate or labor market downturn, or a currency meltdown.      Instead, as the stock market hits record highs, Americans are afraid they are not getting a piece of the action.     To that end, they are transferring money from bank accounts into the stock market.     It goes to show you that a fool and his money are soon parted.

Retail sales
http://www.reuters.com

According to officials at the Commerce Department, U.S. retail sales unexpectedly contracted by 0.4% in March – which is the second time in three months.    Unexpectedly?    The media really need to find a new word.     Anyway, the payroll tax increase is hurting consumer confidence as it tumbled in April.

Five Reasons PC Sales Have Nose Dived

Here are a few…
1. Tablets, like the iPad, are eating into the PC market.
2. People are downgrading from Windows 8 because it makes Vista look good.
3. Why upgrade something that works fine?
I personally also think that people may be getting burned out with so many technology advancements in such a short time.    Why buy something that is out-of-date the instant you buy it?
