Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court Judge Reggie Walton has denied the NSA’s request to keep metadata on Americans for more than 5 years. Of course, officials at the NSA will skirt the order by copying it to data-centers in foreign countries where the court has no jurisdiction. Maybe, they will get those floating Google data-centers to store it for them.
