The Liar-and-Charlatan is now trying to blame Congress for Solyndra. The bankrupt solar firm got a $535 million taxpayer loan guarantee as a Quid-pro-quo for helping Obama’s Presidential Campaign. Seriously, how can anyone believe what this lying sociopath says anymore?

Facing a budget crunch and court pressure, Governor Jerry Brown is transferring, or releasing, thousands of prisoners. 22,500 prisoners, or 15 percent of the inmate population are being transferred to county jails. The state needs to shed another 15,000 inmates between now and next summer.

New iPad Overheating

Users of the new iPad have been complaining on internet forums that the tablet gets a lot hotter than the previous version. There are concerns the device could get uncomfortably warm after a consumer watchdog ran tests showing it could reach temperatures of 47C (116F) after 45 minutes of running an intense game.

An Apple spokeswoman said the iPad was “within our thermal specifications”.
Which thermal specifications… Cooking?
