News Flash:
A magnitude 7.6 earthquake has struck near Acapulco, Mexico, a favorite tourist destination. The United States Geological Survey reports that the quake’s epicenter was 11 miles underground and 115 miles from Acapulco.
Hope this is not a precursor for the 22nd!

It is very unfortunate that this earthquake happened during this time of the year when people are enjoying the spring break. This means that hotels in Acapulco will lose a lot of revenue as tourist evacuate from hotels which are not safe due to aftershocks that might experienced and cause further damage. This earthquake might cause a lot of harm to the tourism sector in this region since it will take sometime before people decide to come back to Acapulco for holiday.
