In a U.S. Tax Court decision, a person may, under certain circumstances, forfeit the afforded attorney-client privilege.    Even though this is taking place in a tax court, if this is allowed to stand, this is a very real slippery slope to the end of the attorney-client privilege in the country.

A new Gallup Poll reveals that 14% of Americans could not last one week if they lost their jobs.     In addition, 29% could not last a month and 26% could only last up to four months.     Only 17% could last up to one year.   This is another reason to get out of debt and have multiple sources of income.
