140424 – Sotomayor’s Sorrow

Today’s Items:

Axis of Gold

According to Stephen Leeb, Russia, China and Germany may be moving closer to adopting currencies backed by physical gold; as opposed, to paper gold.      He goes on to say that people will look at the last few years as just one long consolidation on the way to skyrocketing gold and silver prices.

U.S. Support Terrorism

The Citizens Commission on Benghazi, a self-selected group of former top military officers, CIA insiders and think-tankers, declared that the Benghazi attack could have been prevented if the U.S. government had not given 500 million dollars in weapons to Al Qaeda.     Unfortunately, they overlooked the Fed’s fiscal worldwide inflationary policies on food as a reason as well.

It Landed Somewhere

Investigators, searching for missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, may begin to reconsider the possibility that the plane successfully landed, rather than crashing into the Indian Ocean.      If only they could get onto the U.S. military station at Diego Garcia.

Reid’s Threat

Harry Reid once again weighed in on the continuing saga between federal agents and the Bundy family.     He said that something’s going to happen.     Hopefully, it is his criminal conviction.

Sotomayor’s Sorrow

Most people have woken up to the folly of trying to end racial discrimination by practicing it by affirmative action.     In this latest folly, the Supreme Court upheld Michigan’s law outlawing racial preferences in state-funded higher education.    Obama’s gal pal Sotomayor not only wrote, but also read aloud, the dissenting opinion or perhaps the beginning epitaph of affirmative action.

State Taxes

California, at 13.3%, is the most taxing state in the union followed by Hawaii at 11%.     Each state, measuring income tax, sales tax, property tax and estate tax is displayed.

Snacking Mistakes

Without going into detail here are three snacking mistakes making people fat…
1. Replacing meals with snacks
2. Types of snacks
3. Late night snacking

Finally, please prepare now for the escalating economic and social unrest.    Good Day!
