Arizona Cops Can Now Check Immigration Status

News Flash:

U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton has ruled that police in Arizona can immediately start enforcing the most contentious section of the state’s immigration law.    Opponents then asked Bolton to block the requirement and argued it would lead to racial profiling of Latinos.   So, the state can finally, identify illegal aliens, turn them over to Holder, who will then release them.

Obama is trying to start a war with Syria to divert attention away from his floundering presidential campaign. The Supreme Court issued a partial victory to Obama that essentially states that Federal immigration law trumps state law.  The Court didn’t discuss the controversy over possible racial profiling with the provision.  In effect, the immigration checks during traffic stops, in the state can continue.  And the wait for Obamacare’s fate continues…
