Germany’s financial regulator is demanding documents from Deutsche Bank as part of an ongoing investigation into gold price manipulation.   Working with other investigators, like the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority, there is growing suspicion of gold price manipulation –  Especially after the LIBOR interbank lending scandal was proven true.    Needless to say, the Fed will likely stonewall any investigations.

Houston has 184 gun stores while Chicago has none.     Houston has 9.6 homicides per 100,000 as opposed to 38.4 in Chicago.     Houston has 0% state income tax while Chicago has 9.3%.     The cost of a one-way U-haul rental is more than 4 times more expensive going to Houston from Chicago than the opposite direction.

A police officer, and by extension private security employees, are not required to get involved if they feel their life is in danger.   The ability for self defense was the basis of a court ruling against the University of North Florida when they tried to expel and arrest a woman and her son for having a gun in their car while they attended classes there.

Photo-Enforced Speeding Ticket

As per the Constitution, the burden of proof is on the state and not the defendant.    So, a photo, alone, of the license plate of a car speeding is not enough for conviction.    The state must prove the identify of the driver, and without that information, the speeding ticket must be nullified.    At least for now…

According to Egon von Greyerz, there will be a deflationary implosion.    In that scenario, the banking system will not survive, and all of the assets values which have been blown up by the credit bubbles will collapse.    The phase is starting now which is inflationary, leading to the hyper-inflationary phase.    He goes on to say that investors must watch the dollar because the fall of the dollar will be the trigger of all of these events.

It would appear, unlike Obamawreck, that the National Instant Criminal Background Check System website that is required when purchasing guns, or explosives, is capable of handling large volumes of users.    The Obamawreck website recorded only 49,100 users in October while the Background check system handled over 1.6 million.    This appears to indicate that 34 times more are interested in guns than Obamawreck.

Despite a soaring stock market and better-than-expected government propaganda err…  data, small business, the driver of jobs and growth in the U.S. economy, saw optimism collapse at the fastest rate since March 2012 when Sandy hit.    7 of the 10 sub-components of the index were negative with the biggest plunge coming from those who expected the economy to improve.

According to a confidential memo, the IMF was set up to allow SDR’s to become the world reserve currency as the gold standard was dropped.    The memo addressed several approaches to dominating gold as well as the US’ interest of banning gold from the monetary system and capping the free market price.    The memo also demands countries to give up their physical gold in exchange for SDR’s.     Well, thanks to growing bilateral trade agreements without the dollar, this is unlikely to happen.
