After the hilarity of the Obamacare arguments, the Supreme Court has a 41% good or excellent performance according to a Rasmussen survey. Their prestige may have also been bumped up by Obama’s direct threat, despite the minor backtracking, to the Supreme Court.
Which is not surprising since many Americans, unlike Obama and members of Congress, with very few exceptions, still believe in the U.S. Constitution.
