Pelosi Predicts 6-3 In Favor of Obamacare

News Flash:

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, who should be in a straight jacket, claims that the Supreme Court will find Obamacare contitutional.  If this is true, then why is Obama verbally assaulting the Supreme Court?   What we may actually find out folks is the Supreme Court finding Obamacare unconstitutional in a 6-3 decision.

My best guess is that Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ruth Bader (Buzzy) Ginsburg are in the minority opinion. Seriously, would you be surprised?

Worst Week For Obama – So Far…

News Flash:

In one week, Obama got caught whispering promises to our enemy, incited a race war, raised serious questions about his understanding of the Constitution, and then got smacked down over his proposed budget that was so wildly reckless that even Democrats in Congress could not support it.

Just imagine what things will be like when we hit the debt ceiling and other “Black Swan” events.

News Flash:

Justice Antonin Scalia tore into the government’s arguments with relish and openly mocking the government’s case.

At one point, Scalia asked for a deictonary for the government’s definition of the word “essential”. When he was told by government’s attorney that they waere not using it in the true dictionary sense, Scalia then mouthed off… “How do we know that? When people speak, I assume they are speaking English.”

The halarity of the way the government will contort itself to try to hide its aim of socialized medicine is comical in the extreme.
