Chile is about to become the easiest place in the world to form a company and start a business.    Currently, it takes a few weeks to form a company in Chile at a cost of about 600 dollars, however, that cost will go to zero when procedures are simplified.    Chile’s economy is growing leaps and bounds and not because of quantitative easing as domestic production is increasing and exports increase.     So, will Obama, and other socialist bastards learn?     Don’t hold your breath.

Your trip to the grocery store could get more pricier because of a pending federal food-labeling rule that stems from Obamacare.   ObamaCare mandates that restaurants provide nutrition information on menus; however, the FDA wants to, on its own, extend it to supermarkets.   This action clearly shows the FDA violating Obama’s 2011 executive order that required Federal Agencies to use the least burdensome regulatory methods possible; however, since when is following the law been a standard in this administration?

Obama and lawmakers, from both parties, agree with the following basic set of principles:

1. Continue to improve the security on our borders.
2. Crack down on the companies that hire undocumented workers.
3. Provide undocumented immigrants the chance to earn their citizenship and hold them accountable by requiring that they learn English, pay taxes and a penalty, move to the back of the line, and pass background checks.
4. Streamline the legal immigration system for families, workers, and businesses.

Unfortunately, there are effective laws, already on the books, that address these four points; thus, it is laugh-out-loud ridiculous to believe that more laws, and lip service, is some going how make up for present laws not being enforced.

Court Bitch-slaps Obama

News Flash:

A three-judge panel ruled that Obama’s recess appointments last year, when the Senate had conveniently adjourned for a short recess, was unconstitutional.     In fact, they accused Obama of abusing his power.   Is anyone really surprised at Obama unconstitutionally abusing his power at this point?     The recess appointment was designed to only to be used if Congress has a long recess and not a week or two.   Obama, or “FLY MAN“, only used this action to get more of his thugs into positions of power without the Senate being able to stop him.

Obama had waited for a short break to appoint his socialist friends to the National Labor Relations Board; however, now the board no longer has a quorum to operate.     Another sign that people are waking up to what Obama really is.
